Resin-insulated dry-type transformers
Cast-resin dry-type transformers from 30 kVA to 2500 kVA at 10 kV to 35 kV, built at our Hai'an plant where the partial discharge background is ≤1 pC. No oil, no fire load, no containment.

Why dry-type
Dry-type transformers remove the oil. That means no fire load, no bunded containment, no oil testing regime, and simpler approval inside buildings, tunnels and containers. The trade-off is a lower capacity ceiling per unit and different thermal behaviour under overload.
Partial discharge control
Partial discharge is the most useful single indicator of insulation quality in a cast-resin winding, because voids and delamination inside the casting cannot be repaired. Our Hai'an plant maintains a partial discharge measurement background of ≤1 pC, against the ≤10 pC limit typically applied to dry-type transformers under IEC 60076-11.
Applications
Inverter step-up duty on solar plants. BESS step-up transformers inside or beside containers. Indoor substations in buildings and tunnels. Auxiliary and station service supplies. Any location where an oil-filled unit would require fire separation or containment.
Manufacturing base
Dry-type transformers are built at our Hai'an plant in Jiangsu province, on the Yangtze delta close to deep-water ports. For export shipments this shortens inland transport compared with our Harbin oil-immersed plant.
Standards
IEC 60076-11 for dry-type transformers. IEC 60270 for partial discharge measurement. GB/T 1094.11 for the domestic market. Efficiency limits to the applicable national or regional standard.
