330 kV power transformers
Oil-immersed transformers from 90 to 360 MVA, for transmission substations and renewable plant interconnection at 330 kV. Tested on our 4800 kV lightning impulse system.

| Tap changing | on-load or off-circuit |
| Cooling | ONAN / ONAF / OFAF as required |
Test capability
The 330 kV class requires lightning impulse withstand levels up to 1300 kV under IEC 60071-1. Our 4800 kV impulse generator system covers this with a wide margin. Partial discharge is measured against a ≤10 pC background at the Harbin plant.
Where 330 kV is used
330 kV is a standard transmission level in China, in parts of Central Asia and in several other markets. Where a project's grid connection is at 330 kV, the main step-up transformer is a 330 kV unit and the low-voltage winding is matched to the plant's collection voltage or generator output.
Typical applications
330 kV transmission substations. Main step-up transformers at renewable plants connecting at 330 kV. Regional interconnection. Large industrial supply.
