Harbin Transformer is a 220 kV power transformer supplier. We build three-phase and single-phase oil-immersed units from 31.5 to 240 MVA for grid substations, renewable plant interconnection and industrial supply, tested in Harbin to IEC 60076.

Testing at this voltage class
220 kV class units are tested on our 1200 kV lightning impulse system, which covers the standard insulation levels for this class under IEC 60071-1. Partial discharge is measured against a background of ≤10 pC at the Harbin plant, well below the 100 pC limit typical in IEC 60076-3 and the 50 pC limit many owners specify.
Typical applications
Transmission substations and grid connection points. Main step-up transformers at renewable plants where the grid connection voltage is 220 kV. Collector substations on large wind farms. Industrial and mining supply where a high-capacity infeed is required.
